April 17, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #15 Title APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RANKINGS FOR THE BOOKER MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT Description The projects scope of work shall include construction management services for the pre-construction phases of the Booker Middle School campus and related site work.  The project will be multi-phased.  On 3/27/2012, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a construction manager.  The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with Board Policy.  The cumulative total project budget is approximately $10,000,000.00.  Funds for this project are available in the capital budget account. Recommendation That the rankings of Construction Managers for the Booker Middle School-HVAC Replacement project be accepted as presented and the Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
